Print Head Express now sells brand new Canon printers! Check out the special currently on site. (option "5" on the right.) We can also get you basically any printer Canon makes as well as models from Epson, Lexmark, and HP. E-mail me what you're looking for at PrintHeadExpress and I will e-mail you back a price you can't beat. The parts availability crunch is an on-going struggle. Right now, I am only allowed to order one piece of any given part number per day. That means that if you need five of one part, I have to submit five individual orders over a span of five days to get you your parts. Currently there are no print heads on back order. However, that does not mean that tomorrow will be the same. As of right this minute, all parts listed in black under the table of part number ARE available. Those number listed in red, however, are not, nor will they ever likely become available. Canon has also sold out of and discontinued permanently three more print heads. They are the QY6-0044, QY6-0049 and QY6-0054 print heads. I can no longer order them, so if your printer uses one of these print heads, it's time to start thinking about a new printer. Please note that we are now offering additional parts other than just print heads. We also offer ink absorbers / blotters for many popular printers as well. We keep trying to grow to offer you the best selection of available parts, but it's certainly one of those slowly but surely things. PLEASE also remember that I CAN NOT take orders over the telephone. I have no way to charge your credit card. PayPal handles all of that seamlessly and is MUCH more secure than reading your credit card number off to some jerk (me) you don't know on the telephone. I apologize if this creates an inconvenience, but there are two good reasons for this: For domestic U.S. orders, I will also send you an e-mail confirmation, separate from that sent by PayPal. It will give your Canon order number, the date that your part is shipped and a date when you should expect receipt of your purchase. No one else in this business does that, and I do it for YOUR satisfaction (and my own peace of mind). It does NOT, however, provide you with the FedEx tracking number. Canon does NOT supply those to us. For International Orders, I will also send you an e-mail confirmation, separate from that sent by PayPal. It will list TWO tracking numbers. The first is the registered mail number. I ship ALL international orders by registered mail. That all but guarantees delivery of your package as it is held under lock and key until it reaches your mail carrier and has to be signed for by everyone who touches your package until you receive it. There is NO more secure way to ship parcels available. Important ! P.O. Box Addresses ! Do not, do Not, do NOT use an address with a P.O. Box number in it or associated with a P.O. box. We cannot accept orders sent to a P.O. box because Fed Ex who does all of our shipping WITHIN the U.S. cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please make sure you enter your actual PHYSICAL address on the order form. This is very important as it could easily cause delays in shipment or cancellation of your order!!! For rural customers who ONLY have a P.O. Box: If you have no other choice but to ship to a P.O. Box because you do not have a regular street address, we can still ship to you, but it MUST be through UPS Mail Innovation. They will deliver to your P.O. Box, but you cannot order expedited shipping. The only way of shipping to a P.O. Box is this service from UPS and it normally takes a week for delivery. |
